The field of MBS treatment is in constant development.
Today, a wealth of research and extensive therapeutic knowledge is available
to help you with the recovery process.
In this section, I’m including resources that I recommend reading or watching, which I used during my own recovery process. They are materials from professionals who trained me and became key figures for me, central websites that provide information, and even videos on the topic and recovery stories.
Healing from MBS-based pain is built upon simple principles, but it’s not easy. If you become stuck at any stage, don’t hesitate to reach out for help.
Today, there are many practitioners (psychologists/psychotherapists, doctors, physical therapists, and coaches) who have been trained in treating MBS-based pain. Note that in cases where there is a background of trauma (a deep wound within a relationship or the trauma of physical/sexual/other types of abuse), it’s very important to find a therapist who also specializes specifically in treating trauma.
